PLEASE LINCOLN COUNTY: if you are planning to postpone our game to Saturday night....announce it early BEFORE fans leave home or the football team is in transit.It saves a lot of wear and tear on everyone that way. We already know that you know how it feels to travel twice and change work, sell college tickets quickly, etc. Have MERCY please!

Only Mother Nature has any control on that request. Lincoln Co. will play if at all possible. Just bring it.

There is no reason there should be any postponements in my opinion. Everything indicates that the rain will have past through by noon or early afternoon.

But if anybody decides that they don't want to tear up their feild the call should be made very early, out of courtesy.

Just to let you all know, i heard Oaklands coach say he spoke to Coach Thompson. He said Coach Thopmson Said, and i quote,"we are playing this thing come heck or high water". So, hopefully the officals wont call it. Cuz he wont. The only thing is, they may be playing in the high water. LOL.
