As long as Tommy Victory is the AD at OCCHS the Rebels will be hard pressed to have any success in their sports programs.

Well, sounds to me like the kids are excited about there new coaching staff, atleast the ones I have spoken with are, and I am to! Hope all goes well with coach Smith and hope he brings the shot of adrenaline this team needs and I think he will!

There is a lot of enthusiasm around the baseball program and as soon as football is over I expect them to jump right in to baseball with both feet. The kids appear to really want to play for him if football is any indication and he has motivated that receiving group to reach their potential. I feel he will have the same effect in baseball and whatever you think of Victory, this looks to be a great hire for us.

5 OC players were on the team that just won the Martin Fall League Tournament, so he has a good core group to start with. Several good returners that are in football for now as well.

I think the Rebels are going to surprise some folks this season. They are taking advantage of their indoor facilities and I hear they have been getting stronger and faster in the offseason. It's good to see some enthusiasm surrounding the baseball team.
