Siegel controlled the majority of the game, but had trouble finishing. Smyrna scored late on a rip by #7 (sorry her name escapes me) to make it 2-1. There is so much parity this year that I'm not surprised by any score that I've seen lately. #7 is Katie Wattenbarger, I'm pretty sure. Glad to hear she got a good one in there...I have to agree, this district is a lot more balanced than it's been in years. Almost any game could go either way, depending on who had a better night and showed up to play. Hope the district tourney holds a few surprises.
