Goodpasture vs. CPA Round 1

GP beat CPA 28-27 week 4 of regular season. I'm sure glad we are at home playing them again. "I" know we can beat them, what do ya think?

If CPA's quarterback is able to play it will be another tight one. But if not Goodpasture wins easy and advances on. Good luck to both teams

Great rivalry, but one-sided the last few years with CPA only winning once in regular season a couple of years ago. Every game is close but GP always pulls it out at the end. If Geno doesn't play for CPA, it won't be pretty.

Ok, tough first round matchup. I love it when these two teams meet, but I was hoping to play a team that we do not play every year. None the less, it should be exciting. Is there something wrong with the CPA quarterback? I hope he is well and can play. I was at the Goodpasture/Greenbriar game Friday, and I loved to see Goodpasture open it up and throw the ball downfield. I think that will be the key to there playoff run, and also how well they play pass defense!

I'm pretty sure he hurt his shoulder vs Pearl Cohn last night, but don't no the severity of the injury or how long he'll be out (if he is going to be out at all) i hope he'll be fine and can't wait to see this matchup next friday. It ought to be a fun one!!!

I agree, I love the rivalry between GP & CPA. Hopefully we'll be able to get to play someone next week for the first time. Our offense is awsome, and our defense has made tremendous improvements these past couple of weeks. Should be a great game!

Sorry to hear the QB got hurt. The game will be exciting with healthy players.

I was at cpa's game Friday and I really think think there starting QB is done! But the backup"number 14" has a big arm to so it still should be a good game!

Will be going to this one, You can throw away the record book on this one should be a dandy to watch. Hope the QB will get to play for CP GO COUGARS

I would think Genovese would have to go for CPA to win. It's a tough position to put a freshman qb into. Stranger things have happened.

Backup is a soph. He did account for all of CPA's points against PC but he is still learning.
