This should be a good game, but I think Lexington pulls it out in the end. I've seen White House play this year, and while they are very good, I think Lexington is a little better, plus playing at home will give them more of an edge. White House has great tradition and some really good players have played there through the years. The Sullins boys from Cottontown come to mind as two good un's that played at White House.

It would be great to see the Big Red back in the Semi-Finals for the first time since 1979. Any Tiger Fans know who was the Quarterback on the 1979 team?

Yep! And Jim's son Russ is on this Lexington team. David Deberry, Johnny McAdams, etc. That team was loaeded. I still remember the quarterfinal win at Brentwood Academy, and the Semi loss to Humboldt. Both were great games.

I work with David Johnson, so I've heard TONS about that team. When I want a good laugh, I'll tell him that the 2005 team was the "Best Lexington Team Ever" just to see how mad I can get him.
