I heard he's done for the year. East finished the Cloudland game with 2 sophomores, 2 juniors, and only 1 senior on the floor. I don't know who's in the wings to pick up any slack.

I really hate to hear about Cross' injury. When that kid made up his mind to take over a game...he did.Hopefully, this doesn't hurt his recruitment.

I think that there will be a transition period where East will struggle. Heck ,anyone would if they lost a 20-30 ppg scorer. I think East's coach will rally them and someone will step up, albeit a different person every night.

milligan is his top choice at the moment because they are still going to give him a scholarship if he decides to go there.

Milligan is a fine choice. But I was thinking he might get a chance to play at a higher level.

true i would love to see him play division 1 since he has the potential to compete with other skilled players.

Milligan is a great school academically but they are sinking quickly since the departure of Tony Wallingford as coach.

Proffit hasn't faired well in Dyers system that favors more active guard and wing play, including getting more shots. East lives and dies by the 3 ball, and the loss of Cross makes it much worse. I think Proffit is only a sophomore, so I guess his time will come. I know he is playing both jv and varsity, and is just outside the normal rotation.
