Ok guys lets see how close we get this year on how the conference will play out. Last year I said the Lady Blue Devils would win it and I am not changing my mind this year. So here goes: 1st place Unicoi, 2nd Johnson County, 3rd Elizabethton, 4th Happy Valley, 5th Sullivan East, 6th Sullivan North. Let's here your thoughts.

Ok I do not post very often but here goes.... I agree with Redskin1 and Vega77 on who the #1 team will be and that is Unicoi. Until someone proves they can beat them of the top spot they deserve it and with Woods back and with very good supporting players in all positions they well be very tough to beat. The number two team will be Elizabethton they just have two many weapons returning on offence, pitching will be a question with the loss of Katie but their bats will be really strong. Elizabethton might start of slow with many girls still playing basketball but by the middle of the season they should really be going strong. The rest of the way will be a toss up but I do think Johnson County will be 3rd, they have at least 3 are 4 players returning that are very good including a very good pitcher in Mahala, Sullivan East 4th , Happy Valley 5th and Sullivan North 6th. Ok lets here from somemore people on your opinions.

Got to go with Unicoi as the favorite (again) but after that second place would be a tossup.

I honestly could not pick them right now, not that I have ever been that accurate before.

One key injury or a sudden improvement from a player or two could make a huge difference in the standings for someone.

1. Unicoi-will stay there until they run out of pitching so not for a long time.

2. Johnson County- they have come so far with the help of their pitcher/catcher duo.

3. Elizabethton- with the loss of a shut down pitcher, I just don't seem them going very far this year.

4. Happy Valley- Gave Erwin a good run for their money...They are serious about playing this year and have found the heart that they have been missing for a while.

5. East- I wish this school could have gotten moved into the conference when they had a chance at being a topo team.

6. North- Someone needs to take over this team and get them moving upward, teach them the game.

I stick with tradition until somebody beats it on the field:

 

1.Unicoi Co.- Clear cut favorite. May return to state.

2.Elizabethton- Stay here in my book until somebody takes the spot.

3.Johnson Co.- Building.

4.Happy Valley- Improving. Will be a force in coming years.

5.Sullivan East- Decent and may climb a spot or two.

6.Sullivan North-Struggling for years.
