The Final Class A Associated Press State Poll 2011

Thought it might be interesting to look back almost a month to the final Associated Press poll for the 2011 season. Hampton, Middleton, CSAS, and Clouldland are the only teams left standing.

And the thing about that is ,4 or 5 teams thats out are as good as anyone left. They just happened to lose at the wrong time.

I said all year that PC and Stown were Top 3 material and after next week we'll know is I was right.

The polls mean absolutely nothing. Lake County beat 4 of the teams listed above. They beat Westwood in the sub state. They won 2 out of 4 against Humboldt winning both games that mattered.They split with Perry County(both teams winning by double digits at home). Also, they put the only blemish on Middleton's record playing on their court.

I agree Forrest plays in a terrible district and never should have been mentioned anywhere near the top 10

Why are we talking about the AP Poll? This is "STATE Tournament" Time. You have Eight of the best tms in !-A that Tennessee has to offer. And man I'm pumped! Go Dogs!!!GOD Bless!!!
