Can anyone tell me about the Beech vs. Gallatin game? I saw where Beech won, holding Gallatin to only 19 points, thats just plain weird. I have been under the weather and have not been able to go to many games so any recap will appreciated.

 

On paper it appears Hendersonville and MJ are the front runners in a weaker than usual district.

Why does Sumner County have open enrollment?

Chattanooga does also. I think it is a good idea, but once you decide if you transfer you must sit out a year.

Just an FYI, the Director of schools in the county has laid the law down on a couple of schools in the county which have had numerous out of county kids on various teams. (Not out of zone but out of county). Hville is not one of the 2 schools. You currently have a school in the county that routinely rec---ts kids from a rival (check your middle school rosters from a few years ago and then check where they are now). One of our opponents from the county across the lake is known as McGavock East. The article today was poorly written and did not include all of the facts. One more thing, not accusing anyone of anything but Jalen Hurd transferred from MBA after his freshman year. Just like the McCullough's Hurd is a good kid who chose to go somewhere else.
