firstandgoal Posted December 28, 2012 Report Share Posted December 28, 2012 (edited) Lebanon uses a strong 3rd qtr after trailing by 10 at halftime to get past East Limestone (AL) 66-58 at the Sonic Shootout in Sparta. Freshman Yalen Reed led Lebanon with 22. Lebanon plays Oakland on Friday in round 2. Oakland defeated Lebanon by 20 in November. firstandgoal Posted December 28, 2012 Report Share Posted December 28, 2012 Well they lost to Oakland today 55-36 so they will play for 3rd place tomorrow against Shelbyville probably. They have not been impressive this year, however the core of the team is sophomores & one freshman. So far 9-AAA looks a bit down this year so I think a reasonable goal for LHS would be a top 4/5 finish in the district regular season as well as top 4 in the district tourney which would get them to the region for the first time in three years.
