unidawg
Monday 4/2 Page 9 Giles Co 3 WP-Hood Good game by Patriots, another quality outing by Jr Pitcher Patrick Hood-2 hits and 3 runs in 6. Sr Ross Potere closed out the 7th but too many runs to earn a save. Hood helped himself at the plate too, going 3/4 with 2 doubles. Giles Co not as sharp as they have been in the past, but still some good players on that team.
Gerry Bertier
Fairview and Lewis split a doubleheader at Fairview tonight. Each team won a one run ball game with each scoring the winning run in their last at bat.

unidawg
Giles made the plays and Page didn't. Bobcats were polar opposite of previous game with no errors. Good luck the rest of the season and see you later this season.

Gerry Bertier
Is it me or is 2-8 in this district pretty even on a given night? Seems like everyone is playing each other close. There have been a lot of one run ball games. The district tournament should be very exciting this year, especially at the # 2 seeds place. GCBSBLL9
Is it me or is 2-8 in this district pretty even on a given night? Seems like everyone is playing each other close. There have been a lot of one run ball games. The district tournament should be very exciting this year, especially at the # 2 seeds place. New bats are making a difference. Guys that dont throw hard but throw the ball where it needs to go are getting people out and keeping their team in games. Same type guy gave up 6+ runs last year. unidawg
BBCOR bats are making a difference. Lot more weak grounders and big pops. We've only seen one bomb so far as well. Page vs Springhill rained out tonight, will play tomorrow at 4:30.
