and I recall Shane Ritchie at Soddy was 50-6 as a freshman in 1996 ??? but never wrestled that many matches again

won 176 for a career and was a state finalist.

I can't imagine we wrestle more in Georgia, but Brett Warrington and Anthony Fretwell had well over 70 wins in a season. Fretwell had 68 pins in a season according the University of Indiana site. I may be wrong but I think they both had 77 wins in a season. They both wrestled for Henry County which must use their 20 dates for mostly dual tournaments.

If I recall correctly, Bo lost in the finals of a tournament in Parkland North Carolina that year. It's been a while though and Coach Price would be the best person to answer that question. I believe the score was 2-1 if that rings a bell CP.
