District 12A MVP/All Season Team?

Who is the MVP and All Season Team members? Without a doubt Kelsey Risner should be the MVP. Heads above the rest of the players in the district, but you never know what the coaches are thinking when they vote. Anyone know the results?

Claire Franklin, best player on best team, nuffff said.......Risner should be on the all district team without a doubt

Another route would be Sarah Graham as MVP....clearly the motivation her loss and memory has provided the Lady Eagles would make her the MVP of this district...

The whole Summertown team. These girls have pulled through a really tough year. Lost a teammate and a best friend before the season! Had an injury to a key player and they still continue to play at an incredible pace. Can't put your vote on one girl but as a team they are a lot of fun to watch. Good luck to them the rest of the season and wherever life may take them. Lord knows they have had a rough year off the court and played their hearts out on the court!

It takes a whole team in order to win a championship. I had rather have a great team any day over a great player. Look at the Wayne County Football team this year. It was not 1 player but a whole team that won a State Championship. Lets keep the Championship in our district.

O.K. back the subject here.. MVP was Risner. and rightfully so. Franklin had almost 30 last night and looked better than Risner has at any point all year long. However, without Franklin S'town still probably wins the district, just not so easily. Without Risner, Clifton had a good chance of beating wboro to make it to the region. Coach Sisk is in a tough spot for next year with no scorer. his PG can get it up the floor but has no one to get the ball to other than Risner. Franklin is looking like the best in 12A and region 6 right now , but Risner deserved SEASON MVP..

 

ALL 5 Starters from S'town, Franklin-Long-Harville-Grooms-kilburn

Collinwood, Haddock-Littrell(Should of been Haddock and Farmer)

WC- Risner-???? name out of a hat but it wasnt the PG who it probably should of been

Loretto- Burden-Hemmen

Clifton- Bumphus-- Good player

PC- ???? A senior im sure. everybody gets 1

 

Look forward to Region play 12A could take 4 wins, if Loretto plays better, and by plays better i mean actually play to win rather than play for a certain side of the region bracket

As disappointed as anyone that WC dropped the ball...most years people expect that WC can show up and be automatically better than anything 11A has to offer...was proud of the way Loretto stood tall and took down the 11A champs Cornersville....I guess the road to substate got a little easier for Stown without having to deal with WC a 4th time....
