guys all of our fans get out of hand sometimes i remember our student section chanting Dustin's a p...y at avery county one night and nothing was done about it. also remember Lunceford being called a mfer and son going on the court to a chant of Lunceford sucks. Not a very proud moment in fan behavior.

Like uknoit said, Student sections are what they are: Students. I get mad when I hear an adult taunting a kid. There is no place for this behaviour anywhere. Its the school administrations job to make sure the student sections don't get out of hand. I thought they done good the other night against Tellico.

SmashMouth doesn't know what he is talking about. There was no "cursing the kids", I'm sick of hearing it.

I was there, I know what happened, and LoudMouth just sounds like he is trying to stir trouble. I promise Hampton that Wartburg will show just as much hospitality as anyone else they have played this year. The guy he is telling tales about is loud, his voice carries, and no doubt he would have been removed for vulgar language, the reason he wasn't was, there WASN'T any, geez man, if you don't know the facts stop making stuff up.

Hampton fans/players/coaches, we welcome you to Wartburg tonight, and I sincerely hope that you enjoy the game.

 

Surely our posters here have enough common sense to know that would not be tolerated ANYWHERE...

So me, the entire team, both Oneida Coaches, the Radio guys and 1,000 Oneida fans misheard what was being yelled?

 

Shame on you, Shame on Wartburg, Shame on your Principal and Shame on the Morgan County Police Department.

 

Why was the man kiced out and allowed back in!

 

I would never, never ever allow a person to speak to your sons and daughters like that!

That's just the point, nobody talked "like that" to any kids, you've been misinformed.

Surely you don't think any school would conspire against someone else using the Principal, Police Department...

The reason the "little bald guy" was taken out is because YOUR coach addressed him personally and made a threat, they took him out to settle the situation down. They let him back in after all was calmed.

Your coach was just as involved as that parent...I promise you, there was no cursing from the "little bald guy".

 

And your right, I wouldn't allow anyone to do what your accusing the parent, principal, and police department of doing...Thing of it is, if you'll think about it reasonably, do you really think even the police department condoned what your saying happened?...I promise you, you have been misinformed.

At Oneida, when you are asked to leave by a TSSAA referee, you are escorted to your car and made to leave. It doesnt matter if your wife works for the sheriff department. You have to go. Period.

 

Why did the principal and police allow this man back into the game. That is wrong!

 

I'm pretty sure what those words sound like and I'm pretty sure that the 100 or so folks who heard it are not wrong.

 

Go back and read my posts for the last 5 years. I have always spoke very well about Wartburg. But is completely bad form.

Read back to the beginning of this in the posts, there have been plenty of Wartburg fans said what you wanted, just not me.

Why not me? because your dead wrong about what the guy said, if that "insults you", then I can understand why your so intent on believing something that isn't true. One more thing, if you go to Church where your sunday school teachers tell you that they heard that little bald guy calling those kids the names you said before, I think I would be hunting a new Church, because they are going on hearsay.

I'm not posting anything further on this discussion, you obviously believe the entire town of wartburg conspired against your kids and nothing is going to change that. I'm wasting my time writing stupid posts like this one, and reading even more absurd posts like yours.

 

In all seriousness, I don't mean to make you feel insulted, as I'm sure your not trying to make me feel like I wasn't sitting within 15 feet of that incident.

You boys from Hampton better be prepared. There's a fat, bald guy from Wartburg thats gonna sit behind your bench and call your boys "Mother F******s" and "C**K Suckers"! Not your coaches....your boys!

 

His wife works for the Wartburg Police Department so the cops over there wont throw him out. The T$$AA representative watched it all and didnt do anything either. So prepare for the vileness.

      Yeah, we came up short. I remember we threw a ball over the middle to #5 Guymon? and he came up short of the sticks. Gave em he&& for a bit though.

      Yeah I am on board and plan on coming down from the Ridge for some home games, great Friday night atmosphere there.  I'm really hoping SC can get them back going and have some success for those fans and community.

      Yep I was field level on the scoreboard end throwing ball with Benny when we had that brief lead. Everybody got very excited but it was short lived as Murvil regrouped and went into machine mode. But yeah,  that hit sounded like the crack of a black powder rifle being fire.  I believe Dozier took one like that as a Soph up at Greeneville after on olay block.

      Ole Benny boy lol. I forgot about Harder. He was tough as crap. He graduated in ‘09. I went to the OR/Maryville game that year (great game, btw) and he collided with Jacob West (I think was his name) and you could hear it clearly at the top of the visitor bleachers. Man, it was a stick. He could lay some wood son. All those guys were tough, Elliott included.
