No offense to LC but I think SC is clearly the better team....now with that being said anything can happen when both teams are in the Boro. If I was picking I would say SC wins in the 8-12 range. But that was what I was thinking about the Mo. East/Overton game too and that turned out to be closer than I thought.

Clearly better my ####, The shot before the half was late, everyone in the gym knows that, clearly better, S Hill escaped with their life and Clarksville wins by 20 plus!!!!

Science Hill was no where near the better team. the Lady cats were down 13 points and worked their way to come back and cut it to 1 but fell short. They missed a lot of shots but they played a heck of a ballgame, everyone knows that. Emily Williams played an amazing game! Great Season Lady Cats!

Way to go Lady Cats, nice job. So proud of the 2 seniors. Jessa 12 rebounds & 7pts. Emily 15 pts. Way to finish even though it was a loss. You two have been in and out of a lot of gyms together since you were 8 years old along with Hayley, Abby & sis Joie. Its been a hoot.

LC was down from the start of the 2nd qt till the end. SH is way better. Sitting here at work I could see them tighten up. 5hats called youth. You said they were 13 down. We missed shots that are normally automatic. If SH closes out that game they win by alot.

You say that as though LC wasn't tight, youthful, and missing shots that are automatic under different circumstances. Science Hill either responds differently today or they go home - in a BIG way!

Typical response from a disgruntled fan of the losing team. Clarksville may beat SH, but the Lady Toppers advanced and are playing today while LC will be at home watching on TV...By the way, I'm not a SH fan but it chaps me when I see people on here bashing another team just because their team lost to them.

Where you watching the same game? SH missed 3 layups in the first qtr alone. Everything I heard was that LC got their points off of rebounds so as an educated person...it tells me they couldn't shoot well. Which unfortunately for us they did in this game but came up short...have fun watching ch 2 today.

Generally, if a team plays a "heck of a ballgame," and has a star play "an amazing game," yet they still lose, they've played against a better team.

    • Yes this process is moving slower than I would have expected
    • also was told coady auston applied, he served as defensive coordinator for greenfield under don pitt several years ago before going to Obion county
    • TSSAA restrictions for hiring non-faculty coaches have been removed for over a year at this point. In the past a non-faculty person had to be "grandfathered" by being an assistant coach for five years, being fingerprinted, and having a background check run per TSSAA rules... since those were rescinded, the board of directors for the school district are responsible for any/all restrictions on hiring non-faculty personnel. I guess what I'm saying to you is that if you really wanted what you posted, it's already possible as long as your local BOE will allow for it.
    • stop it, rlh. you’re gonna get me all misty eyed and sentimental.    i see seven fairly regularly. ….but slim shady, that’s like spotting bigfoot on main street. you just hope he doesn’t spot you.
    • Are you trying to say you didn't find Seven and ShadySlim going at it?
