Thats the way it was for many years,I wouldn't be a bit suprised to see them go back to it. It just depends on who gets to do the voting.The people who do the voting are going to look at what they think is best for them.

The current sysem punishes 1a-3a-5a in putting them in District/regions with 2a-4a-6a. And as far as travel goes i guarantee you there was 50 % of teams with more travel.

Regaurdless of what they wanted to change it too noone would really be happy! It's sort of like college football...I wonder how long it will be until people start to find a problem with the playoff system they have!
