Elizabethton did look better than the week before. SH looked awful and got way to many flags. Atleast twiced they had 3 guys tackling a player and someone got a facemask. Both teams play in weak conferences so they both should make the playoffs.

In the limited video I saw from this game, several of Elizabethton's big gain rushes came on draw plays where they spread the field, clearly something SH wasn't prepared for. Lack of preparation is unacceptable. Clearly this was a mental let down by SH after the Greeneville win, also unacceptable.

 

And Sasquatch, no sane person would say Boone has a better defense.

Betsy ran those same draws against Boone, with limited success, but considerable success against SH.

That is correct. At one point EHS ran the same draw 3 times in a row to the same side. The first 2 times were 1st downs and SH finally stopped them the 3rd time lol

Woodridge must of let some folks out for good behavior becasue there is a few people that agree with me. Looking good in a uniform does not make you a good football player. Boone had to prepare for everything because it was the first game while SH had film and knew what was coming. Wasn't Nelson an offensive lineman? From watching the highlights it looks like if Betsy doesn't give up a couple big plays they have a chance to win that game.
