Even though I wouldn't look for the classic matchups that we had last year at least we are playing quality competition for the second week in a row that will let us know how we stand among the state's best. Really looking forward to this annual matchup. Don't think this Sevier Co squad is quite as good as last years while the Tribe is probably better. Last year we had the passing attack to compete with just about anyone...........this year......I am not so sure. Just can't see the Bears having enough defense to coral all those playmakers and our offense really struggled last week the first time we played a quality defense. Hope I am wrong and pleasently surprised but..............

Look for Casey to have 25+ carries tonight and DB tries to keep Sevier Co.'s offense off the field and eat up clock. I don't think Swafford will get many touches.

If i was a betting man, i would say someone besides Maryville wins it this year. They just aren't "stacked" like they were last year. Never count a Quarles coached team out, though. He is fly in the ointment for any team they are playing against. lol

I agree. maryville's offense is impressive as always but their defense is another story. somebody is going to be able to outscore them and slow down their offense enough to get the win.
