Most every middle school in Chattanooga has baseball.

Most every middle school in East TN has had a baseball program in the past. But, this year, the powers that be in Sullivan County eliminated both baseball and softball from their middle schools. This equates to about sixteen programs, 8 boys and 8 girls, being cut. Wonder how the four high school programs will benefit from this decision in the coming years? :confused:

Any team interested in playing in a middle school tournament in Nashville should call Chuck Pack @ 615-642-0346 to get info. This is the 3rd annual Twitty City Canes Middle School Invitational. This has been such a successful tournament that this year there will be 2 weekends of a 10 team format each weekend. April 4-6 & April 11-13 Guaranteed 4 games. The sites are 7 Oaks Park - Shelby Park - Cheek Park - Grassland. Out of town teams are welcome. We are filling up quick so please don't wait to call. Thanks!
