I'm sure...the win nearly guarentees them a spot in playoffs and they won against one of their biggest rivals. I don't see any reason to fire a coach that brought them to their first playoff spot in school history.

 

They need to be big fans of the Gibbs football team Friday night or beat Marshall Co. If only one 4-6 team gets in the playoffs it will be a team with East in their name, but they reside in Knoxville (Austin East)

Correct. However if Austin East wins and East Hickman and Manassas loses then Hickman would go to Fairview in the 1st round.

Nothing against a FV v HC rematch, but I'd much rather see it later on. I'm tired of seeing our 12-AAA teams putting each other out in the first and second round.

Yeah, that's the biggest flaw in the playoff system, in my opinion.

Yeah, but East High is going to have to start winning, especially with those undefeated Middle School teams coming up. No excuses!

Im glad for the Eagles, but something definetly happened behind the scenes. I was expecting King to be gone after this year, but with this win,he may hang on another year. Way to go Eagles.
