Someone educate me on how the seeding and quads work. My understanding was you played teams in your general geographic area so why in the world is the first round CA and south Pitt? That would be a heck of a drive? Gas nowadays

That is still not correct as West Carroll has the head to head advantage when it comes to district standings. As of today Huntingdon would be a WC and West Carroll the runner up.

 

In order for that to happen, T$$AA needs to fix their screw up with the alignment of District 13, cause it was what I used and it has this:

 

Dresden 9-0(4-0)

Huntingdon 7-2(3-1)

West Carroll 7-2(3-1)

McKenzie 2-7(2-2)

Gleason 5-4(0-4)

HR-Bruceton 1-8(0-4)

 

And Murphy Fair has the same thing.

It's not screwed up but listed in alphabetical order when there are ties. You have to know the tiebreakers and apply them.

Gville should win this with ease an thats hard for me to say i dislike them alot but they are a very good team

We have all heard all year from the SP posters about Gville being the best team and Im by no means saying they're not good but I've still got SP being the best in1a.

I'm just saying it like it is. Gordonsville is better than my pirates. Does the best team always win? No, but Gordonsville has all the ingredients to win it all.

Ingredients? A good seed for home playoff games, A big senior class, talented skill kids and a line as good as any in 1-3A.

Yes there is a chance. If they win, they would hold the tiebreaker over Jackson Co. and they would get in. Looking at Williamsburg's record it looks like Oliver Springs has a tall task ahead of them.

Hopefully Forrest beats Moore County Friday Night. That would at least push the Gordonsville matchup at the Jungle until the 3rd round. But either way, gotta beat them and gotta beat them at the Jungle.
