Sandpiper
I thought you had to be a certified teacher in order to be a football coach in Metro. Am I not right here?

DeadlyCatch
Coached 5 years or coached 5 years in Metro? Well, if you are a former Titan you get a pass on the licensing thing, and they should because they know everything about football. While playing in the league they learn all sorts of things about every position on both sides of the ball and special teams. After all, a Wide Receiver could be playing Left Tackle next week or even Linebacker. DBs learn everything there is to know about playing DEnd or RB and vice-versa. I've also noticed that Punters know a TON about being a Strong Safety. Those guys are the epitome of a true all around football coach. They are even better as teachers because they all got a really good education while they were working their way up through school. Besides, to see how good these NFL guys are just look at the list of State Champion Coaches that includes former NFL stars...... Just look at it...... It's really long..... Yep, there they are...... Boy that's impressive..... Yep
GameTime615
This post above me is really ignorant, by pass all rules and regulation because he was in the NFL SMH really? That doesn't mean they can coach kids, and relate to them and their problems or show them a better way of solving them. It doesn't mean they are qualified on teaching kids that although they love football it's more than just that not all nfl athletes can teach kids to become a man and handle responsibilies and prepare for the real world...
