Most of the guys mentioned on here are going nowhere. I think he's done an incredible job at DC considering where the program was when he took it over and where he's got it to. If I were looking for a coach he'd have to tell me he wasn't interested.

Coaches leave all the time that nobody thought they would. We only need one.

I don't know about some that have been mentioned, but IF Loftis or Shoulders were offered the job, you don't think they would take it? Let's see RBS or Jackson Co. or SC......I'm thinking they would jump. Some others, who knows, maybe, maybe not, don't know until they inquire, or SC inquires. Still could be some we don't know about, haven't heard, haven't thought about, wouldn't have even imagined. Even could still be somebody within the system now. Creasy would be a name that draws attention because of the success he has had. Trapp is a good coach, no doubt, but I would think with some of the talent he has had from 09 till 12, he would have had a little more success.

Kinda odd that Creasy has been mentioned a time or two and only 1 reply from TC. No snoball or seven, grunt, or anybody else. Usually ole snowy would have some kind of .....comment..

    • Problem with DB football goes beyond coaching. Like Waco said. Thr band is the main focus of their community and school. They have the resources to be a championship level team. Guarantee Ballard or Witten could have them nationally relevant at some point but everyone down to peewee would have to buy in and at DB we all know that would never happen.
    • I know the RB from OR he’s fast and has good hands. Is good on special teams also. Didn’t want to play defense over to the Ridge.
    • Lieutenant Flip flops is on a roll. #1 recruiter in Anderson Co, fo-sho.
    • Has there been any effort to contact college coaches other than Trevecca?
    • 5star put out and article about the QB competition for Clinton like they have 9 other schools. They listed a QB that was previously on Powell’s roster last year. He was the Frosh that could throw great wearing number 5. He was not mentioned as a transfer.  HC was quoted in getting two running back transfers one being from OR that has been mentioned on these boards as well as another from TKA.  I had heard about these and more transfers. It is impressive that Clinton is able to steal away from the recruiter at Powell.  I wonder if the issue with the principal will change that or open the gates even more.
