At one point in the second half, TCA missed 21 shots in a row. Even with that horrid slump by TCA both teams hit the same amount of field goals. Middleton went to the free throw line 30 times. TCA shot 2 free throws. Only about 4 of those free throws were late in the game. The descrepency was all game long. The best officals in West Tennessee certainly were not assigned to work the TCA / Middleton game tonight.

 

And yes BTW, the region is at TCA this year.

That sound like home cooking to me.

I would agree with you if the home team hired the officials. Fortunately that does not happen as they are assigned by the local officiating association. With what was on the line in this game, a much better calibar of official should have been assigned. 30 free throws to 2. Still, that is not what beat TCA. An ice cold shooting streak beat TCA. If TCA only shot 5% below their season shooting average during that cold streak, they win the game despite the free throw descrepency.

Yes it is. Look forward to meeting you. Maybe this loss will wake us up. People do not need to overlook Middleton. Burkley is one of the best coaches in West Tenn and they are always ready about tournament time. Middleton has improved 100% since we last played!

TCA relies too much on guard play and lacks inside game at times which will keep them from going deep. outstanding guards and shooters but they do not feed the post enough to develop akin and smith and their improvement has stalled this year. just my opinion. They wont make it as far as they think unless that changes

      Gravedigger gotta finish filling the hole before hitting 40 East. May need a new Yellow Shirt play signaler on the Stones. And apparently a new strength coach now. Cicadas must've got shaken out of the bushes in Donelson. Hopefully the mower man sticks around to keep DG field looking pristine. Maybe new OC can call in a favor to his PGA friends that knows a thing or two about being green during the season. The heat is on soon. Bring in the 2 way freak Iceman and cool things off. He knows a thing or 2 about wildcats. Gotta take our talents South soon for Nationals. Don't step on my blue suede shoes.

      I think this goes on a lot more than most people know, maybe not finishing an entire geometry class in 90 minutes. This situation seems special.

      Clint and Blake sitting at home right now after Sunday service having a family discussion.   Pork Chops and Greens on the menu, and maybe some cookies and milk for a snack later.   Clint probably told him he sucked and ruined the legacy, and would be right.   The next HC sits in MJ, but wears blue, JMO.
