Very happy for Pickett Co. I know this thread is about b-ball but but I have to ask...."why is it that they can field a decent b-ball team but can't make it work in football"?

there is not that many kids that goes there it take 10 to 12 for basketball and football you need 20 to 30 for football and more if you can get them somewhere around 40 is a good no. for a small school

So Watertown will win the Region. Who will travel to Chattanooga?

Who from region 3 will win and who will travel?....Clay has a stong chance to finish 1st or 2nd IMO, however district 7 teams seem to be even ATM all beating each other up. District 8 has Watertown.... Then Gordonsville ( very tall and athletic team just not deep) then Trousdale Co and FCS with RBS filling out the bottom.

District 5 has CSAS and Boyd Buchanan. They seem to be head and shoulders above everyone. District 6 is very weak. Boyd has been very consistent this year. CSAS has not, however CSAS seems to be hitting their stride and with their talent and athleticism should be very hard to beat down the stretch.
