How'd the transfers look, Pitchy?!?!?! :flower:

Okay Basil, let's get this over with so we can move on. Yes, my screen name was Pitchfork1 when it was appropriate. I have changed it to Cleggy after one of my favorite characters on "Last of the Summer Wine". Have you watched that show? You can call me either one, it won't and doesn't bother me. I like both high school teams in White House and root for both of them to do well. The game between the two schools this year will be the first time these have ever met and will be played in an unbelieveable atmosphere. You are invited to attend if you want to experience a great game and environment. Then maybe you can comment on White House topics from first hand experience. Until then you are just a lame troll that is more interested in making smarty pants comments instead of really talking about football with any unique insight or thought.

To answer your question, I only caught the last 15 minutes of practice yesterday, but from what I saw, the transfers looked like they are adjusting well and should contribute quite well.

Should gain more insight on their progress in the scrimmage tonight.

I hope that satisfies you. But I'm sure it won't cause that's not what you're after.

Cleggy,

I'm with you. Hopefully we'll be able to tell a little after the scrimmage tonight. Personally I'm pretty fired up for it to just be a scrimmage. I think there are alot of things we all want to see. Main thing I want to see is how they come together, will they become a team? and will they play with that thing that beats in their chest. Go Patriots!!!

    • Tough situation.  Not sure the ROI is there right now.   Might be better options that are cheaper.
    • Yeah summer ball is really fun, but a lot of coaches are trying to play several kids to get much needed reps that they are not accustomed to. I would imagine Gibson County will have lots of players playing to get much needed reps. Want to win games but got to get experience as well and the rotation will be much deeper. I will be at MTSU, UTM Bethel and others. MTSU is the one I really look forward to.
    • So who are the new additions to the staff? Serious answers only please.
    • Its always interested to see the state teams the following summer after losing or not losing seniors and getting freshman and transfers. It's almost time.
    • Maryville has Alcoa on the schedule at the right time of the season which helped last year instead of at the first of the year not knowing much. West will be hard pressed to repeat this year but next will be a different story.
