White House Heritage-Lets try this again

Reid was the leading rusher, over a 1000 yards rushing and 1000 yards passing (school record)

Howard was second, just short of 1000 yards, ( i think it was high 800s - low 900s). Wright was third.

I am sorry I think you have things mixed up, first off McClung may have been the only one to set a school record, second Wright may have been the one to get a thousand yards rushing and receiving, I have the fact of him being Robertson County Player of the Year in football, and third Reyes played quarterback for half of the season so there is no way Reid had 1,000 yards. I think you are a bit mixed up. Howard's yards are very believable though I think you got that right

There is no mixup here... you asked a question and I tried to help you with an answer. From the robertson co time - "Offensive Player of the Year, Christian Reid White House Heritage; Reid became the first player ever to earn 1000 yards rushing and passing in the same season for the patriots".... from the Robertson Co times - Zach Scannell (All County Team write up) "Scannell guilded an inexperience linebacking core with a county high 135 tackles" (this is also a school record)..... from the Robertson Co times - Devin Wright (All County Team write up) "The shifty slot reciever finished with 1,416 all purpose yards" .... I talked to Devin and I think the split was 800 or so yards in recieving and 600 or so yards in rushing.  Thats the facts, according to the paper and what is on the wall in the locker room.

Haven't been to any 7 on 7 s but I did watch the jamboree ....I agree those shoes are hard to fill, but short school history and with growth all of those records in danger and different divisions. The patriots have moved up and on.

So going with my good pal Cleggy the 2013th edition of the patriots do have some special athletes, and have big play ability, very intriguing to see their transition up with comp pretty much every single week now. Looking forward to this new district as a whole honestly. Enjoy Friday nights and Saturday mornings.

I can't wait to see how the Patriots do against the likes of Greenbrier, Westmoreland, Jo Byrns, and of course, White House.  They pretty much dusted Macon Co. in a scrimmage,  I think they scored 7 TD's.  (Just hard to comprehend that Jalen Hurd did that by himself  in the championship game).  I think at just about any of the matchups in 9AA this fall, your ticket money will be well spent if you like high school football.  Coach has put together a great staff and they are blessed to have over 15 seniors on the club.  The Jr. Pro program must be good to have over 30+ seniors on the two combined city/school teams.  Check out the Warriors sometime.

Since u brought up combined it is crazy to think that the schools could have been together and be playing in 5a or 6a ,could they compete, I think so , this year it almost seems what is one of the strengths for one team it is the weakness for the other..

after what I have seen and heard throughout the league it seems WH is up for andother Region title in this one, Heritages biggest crossroad will be the speed and adjustment coming up from up A to AA. not to say the Heriatge might not be in the running in a few years but its just unrealistic to think that they can be competitive in their first yaer

    • 20 but had 5-6 not dressed every game. It went down towards the end due to injuries and obviously only 15 got to dress for the state tournament. Then, they only lost 2 from this year and gain 8 from the middle school for next year
    • As somebody mentioned before, this is going to result in a massive lawsuit, can you imagine professional "educators" actually having the conversation about getting "the bad kids" out of the high school?  And the head coach asking directly to change grades, gets turned down, comes back again and gets it approved?  This is unbelievable.  In addition to the lawsuit, the state Department of Education is going to come down extremely hard on this.  WYSH is on the war path.  There could be dozens more lose their jobs by the time this is over.  And yeah the real shame is the kids being affected that literally had nothing to do with this and actually worked hard to earn their grades.
    • I've heard Powell from someone who talked to him. I saw the kid two days ago and I should of pulled over and talked with him and wished him well where ever he goes. It will be a ale of a loss for us because I don't believe we have anyone in the stable good as him from what I seen in the spring.
    • I would have to think that the firing of the 2 teachers is just the beginning of future moves.  If not, it is woefully short.  If the AC school board thinks that the damage is just limited to Clinton, they are sadly mistaken.  Any outsider would view the whole school system as suspect, and rightly so.
    • Yeah. AC brass walked in to the building at Clinton and suggested that the principal start changing grades.  Honesty, the notion that anybody at AC was involved is just idiocy.  The ones who are hurt most are the kids who weren't involved in the cheating, but still are being penalized by college admission decisions and scholarship consideration simply because they went to a school that was involved in such a scandal.
