Adamsville at Riverside

Adamsville the better team last night. Still don't see how TCA beat them. I sure hope they play again down the road. Go RHS!

it's fairly simple.  TCA played better when it mattered the most and made fewer mistakes. Most Adamsville fans will say the same thing.

But to get back on topic, this game turned out like I thought it might.  Adamsville beat Riverside with a TEAM effort.  According to the Jackson Sun, Neary had some type of injury and left the game.  Other Adamsville players stepped up their game to fill in and Adamsville rolls with a good team effort.

In reading the statistics this morning, Luke Ward was a one man band for Riverside as he personally accounted for  all but 29 yards of Riverside's offense.  With that being said, you have to be more than a one man team to win in 15A.

Hope Neary does not miss any more playing time with his injury as he is one of the top three players in our league.

reitz you are absolutely correct.  TCA did make a few more plays than Adamsville did and came away the winner.  As for last night we were missing 2 starting linemen, the top 4 backs went down or did not play.  And 2 or 3 defensive starters were out.  Some young guys stepped up and it will only make us stronger later on because of it.  We are very banged up right now

I disagree with the one man band thing. I thought both our lines played a good game. Made too many mistakes with turnovers and missed passes. I think this would have been a much closer game had it been played today (without the rain). The Cards just made fewer mistakes. Congrats Cards.
