Hey BlackHavenSenator, a buddy and I have a video business call My Hometown Videos. We video sporting events and were at the SYS WhiteHaven/ Tipton Co. Football games Saturday. Its ashamed that you won it all but yet the runners-up are #1 in all poles.......#SMH.....thats why you can't make too much out of these polls.......very biased....and the ones who vote are biased....#SMH 

Only poll that Whitehaven is concerned with is the Final One in December... Not only is Maryville ahead of us but Oakland is too. Oh well  :rolleyes:

I would like to know why you think white haven should be number one in a current 6 a poll just because they won the state championship last year. If polls did not matter no one would even mention them. But since you bring them up I would like to know how any poll that ranks maryville 1 , Oakland 2 and whitehaven 3 is biased?

 

Its ashamed that you won it all but yet the runners-up are #1 in all poles.......#SMH.....thats why you can't make too much out of these polls.......very biased....and the ones who vote are biased....#SMH

I understand that Maryville, even though they have So, So talent year in and year out, will forever be #1 in the Polls with their 'Mythical Dragon' Status, just break down why Oakland is "better" than Whitehaven and ranked ahead of them in the polls... I only ask because you attack PassiveAggressive's post... Again Whitehaven ONLY cares about the poll at the end of the Season but I love the banter so I ask   :mrgreen:

"Mythical Dragon" eh ... Every year since 1997 except for 1999, & 2003 this Mythical dragon has played for a State Championship ...

They've taken 2 Ls in the Title Game to 2 different Memphis City schools in the past 4 seasons... Maryville is looked at like any other great program in the M... Mythical Dragon status in Shelby Co... Everyone else feels differently about the program obviously thus the reason yall are Forever #1 in the AP lol.

Well I do not vote but someone somewhere thinks Maryville - Oakland are playing better football at this moment and so they are ranked higher. If I had to vote just on my little knowledge of football in this state I would vote

 

1 Maryville

2 Blackman

3 Oakland

4 Whitehaven

 

Does not mean Whitehaven will not contend this year ... Certainly they can but as of this moment I feel the voters have looked at their 3 close games against ridgeway , central and white station and its hurting them a bit in the polls of public opinion. But what do I know

who does these polls is the first question....and second.......Muurivill schedule is a joke......why are they #1.....with that schedule......like Beech was ranked #1 in preseason poll....because they won it all....and hac JH.....when they played Ensworth in the scrimmage......tells it allll!!!SMH

      Gravedigger gotta finish filling the hole before hitting 40 East. May need a new Yellow Shirt play signaler on the Stones. And apparently a new strength coach now. Cicadas must've got shaken out of the bushes in Donelson. Hopefully the mower man sticks around to keep DG field looking pristine. Maybe new OC can call in a favor to his PGA friends that knows a thing or two about being green during the season. The heat is on soon. Bring in the 2 way freak Iceman and cool things off. He knows a thing or 2 about wildcats. Gotta take our talents South soon for Nationals. Don't step on my blue suede shoes.

      Clint and Blake sitting at home right now after Sunday service having a family discussion.   Pork Chops and Greens on the menu, and maybe some cookies and milk for a snack later.   Clint probably told him he sucked and ruined the legacy, and would be right.   The next HC sits in MJ, but wears blue, JMO.
