Im only going off what I saw from west when wb played them . First of all WB played really good offensively , one of the best offensive games they have had all season IMO. Our quarterback was making good throws and the receivers were catching balls but they were swarmed everytime they caught it and couldn't get any yards after the catch. The west D was also putting lots of pressure on the QB and swarming Otis whenever he got the ball. That's the only game all year that Otis wasn't able to bust a run for a big gain, well besides the fake punt. Our offense played good , didn't shoot themselves in the foot and our defense forced a few turnovers and we still got beat 49-20! That was the one loss I can't blame on coaches or lack of effort from the players, west is just that good.

Well if AC and West meet AC will have to take into consideration the style of Play by west. Certain styles that AC handles well other teams have trouble with. AC is really well balance team and are peaking at the right time but taking that into consideration AC would have to play there best game against West.

Does Oak Ridge and AC play at the end of the year again next year or do we know yet.Someone ask who the Oak R Qb will be next year and I think Q.Dunbar.He is a heck of a runner.Jaylin didnt get to play in preseason scrimmages and Dunbar always moved the ball with his legs.He is hard to tackle and i wonder why he wasnt used more this year.If he works on his passing game he could be really good.Go Cats

I think #17 will be your starting QB next year, but I may be mistaken. Could even be Higgins the Freshmen. We will have to see. Dunbar is too important in space I think. I'm with you on getting him the ball more, though.

Last i heard it was 33-0 Wildcats. Sending a message sounds like lol

Final 39-0.

Great season, young Cats! 5-0 in full games. 2-0 in half games. 186 total points to 32 allowed. Of the 32 allowed: a double pass (Farragut), an interception return (Clinton), and a 2 yd drive following an interception (Campbell Co.)  resulting in 21 points. Awesome defensive bunch!

Wow. Very impressive. Thanks for the updates all year, Nole.

    • Groves got the ball over 20+ times. His son arguably played the best for East in that game. 3rd and long multiple times and he came up big to continue a couple drives. Please shut up for the 3rd year in a row
    • And can you tell me who those two quarterbacks were, and every kid that was put into college from Bearden is a Bearden kid? It’s kind of why they graduated from Bearden.   and I would definitely not consider ETSU “waste”…
    • Most of this is complete gibberish. But the one part I could decipher is putting kids in college. This coaching staff hasn’t put a single Bearden kid in college. They completed wasted one of the best WRs in East TN and have ruined two talented QBs. All because they’re in over their heads.
    • Well, I’d hope the new coaching staff thinks they are all that because they can always walk around the school, anytime they want, thinking that, especially for what they’ve done for the student athletes and the players, putting more kids in college in his first season than the old coaching staff did in numerous years combined, but we will just sweep over that because I know you don’t like facts. But trust me, nobody wanted Mr. Big britches, made the star player switch to quarterback, which is ultimately the reason he ended up transferring to play the position. He loved, but unfortunately, had to be at another school because Mr. Big Britches doesn’t like when a teenager knows more than him, but can’t expect much coming from a guy who used all class throwing pencils up into the ceiling and making fun of football kids who were failing class right to their face, and in front of numerous students, even projecting on the board most of the time.
    • After that first paragraph, I can see why you’re a TA and not a teacher. Have you made the move from South Knoxville to Bearden yet?    Maybe he left because he is an actual teacher and coach, and didn’t want to be associated with a group of foul mouthed middle school coaches who like to pretend they’re big time.
