Gerry, Wouldn't Sequoyah at 7-2 be 4th seed and DeKalb at 6-3 be 5th seed since both are 2nd in their districts?

This could potentially change a lot depending upon the outcome of some games involving teams around the cutoff point.  And several of those games are coin tosses.

What happens if Claiborne beats Grainger. I believe that Chuckey Doak would the be Runner Up in district. Would Grainger still be in? Claiborne?

No need to fix anything. Our kids don't run from competition. If we are in Quad 1, we will play with the hand we are dealt. I'm not the one on here posting about being moved to quad 2 for balance. And being realistic, Quad 2 IS weak, Greeneville or Fulton is going to the championship game. I also believe Quad 1 is very tough, Fulton, Greeneville, Elizabethton, Sullivan South, Carter, and Catholic are all ranked in the top 7 of the state 4A poll. Let the playoffs begin!!!!
