We had the option but we had 1A numbers. It has is pros and cons. One our league is so weak it will hurt us maybe, but we scheduled tough non-league. Bolivar(I thought) Hamilton, Whitehaven, Jasckson SS, CPA,  Atlanta Westlake, Louisville Ballard. Hopefully we are ready come Glass House Time. We need Spencer back thou.

Actually everybody in Bolivar knew that a down year was upon us!!! We have known it was coming for a couple of years now. But we can't complain after being dominate for approx. 15 years!!! Bolivar now has to adjust there mindset, for years we have been everybody's Super Bowl game but now Bolivar is a team that will win some and lose some. But because of all the beat downs handed out over the years teams will still be geeked up to beat Bolivar!!!! In closing yes Bolivar is down FOR NOW!!!! :popcorneater:

First, If you want to talk about point spreads, at least get the score right.

Second, a point spread seemed to be the goal for Mitchell as their starters played almost all of the game while Bolivar played all 16 players and was deep in the bench almost all of the 4th quarter, while the Mitchell starters were still pressing and talking trash.

Third, Rudesill hasn't "lost" his players. They got beat Thursday night. That's it.

Fourth, Mitchell got three technical fouls and could have gotten 6 or 7. Kids seemed to think they could swear at the refs. It was classless. Who allows this?

Wins in March matter, not November. For example, Bolivar got blown out by Ridgeway in 2009-2010, but still won the state championship. Think anyone remembers that?

And as far it goes, it is the Bolivar you remember. We still have class. And as far as what we'll remember from Mitchell, it was apparent they didn't.

HC what game was you watching? Really, yes there were 3 techs called. 1 on Phillips for clapping his hands & saying to a team mate that they scared. Another on Garrett for saying WHAT, after a BS foul was called. The last tech was on Coach Phillips for saying Oh my God after another BS foul. There was no cursing at the officials what so ever. As for playing the starters thru the 4th quarter that's not true either. 2 starters fouled out in the 3rd.

Why paint a picture as if there was a bunch of chest bumping disrespectful thugs running rampet. Yeah your coach went to his bench, but what else could he do? There was no disrespect y'all just took a good #### beating. Learn from it.

Thanks 1warrior. I did not hear any cursing from our players, if that had happened theywould be in serious trouble. They did call a lot of fouls on Mitchell but that awways happen at Bolivar. Saying our kids do not have class is a low blow, we have class coaching and talent. BTW what about the kid that talked back to Bolivar's coach over and over. He would have finished the game on the bench for Mitchell.
