2014: South | Elizabethton | Fulton | Catholic | Greeneville

One of these will be in Cookeville next year.    Who will it be?      I understand that South has a lot of returning players from a very impressive 2013 team and will have speed to burn.    South and Catholic both proved that Fulton is indeed human after all, although congrats to the Falcons for the W's.

What about you other teams, who do you have coming back and how do these 5 stack up?

Who will meet in the regular season?     I know South vs. Elizabethton will happen.

Make sure you buy your tickets if your going to C ville  and GC is in the East,  next year may be even stronger for GC

EHS returns key players so we should be improved over this year. This year was actually supposed to be a down year but it definitely didn't look like one lol

This "ranking" was meant to be just between the 5 powers in the East, not a state ranking.

Based on recent history I would agree, Giles should very much be contending for another title next year

Correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't Greeneville lose quite a bit from both sides of the ball? I know that all the backups have plenty of experience but still it might take a while to adjust to the starting role. August is way too far away

Catholic returns 6 starters on offense and they will get Anderson and Rodgers back from injuries (making that a total of 8) and from what I understand they will return 9 starters on defense.  I also heard that UT's head recruiter was up at Catholic talking to some of their players.

Fulton looses alot on lines and loose 2 Mr Football finalists so .. gonna be tough to get back IMO .look for SS , Betsy, Catholic to battle for the top spot next year from this half of state. And also depends on who Greeneville brings in and who Catholic brings in ... from other counties.
