I thought we looked decent. We made a lot of mistakes, if we are going to make a deep run we are going to have to work on our fundamentals. Can't get in a habitat of fumbling. I thought #27 Norwood looked the best in the backfield.

How many times did Norwood fumble the ball against Martin.

I agree on #15 should get more touches he was literally a step away from breaking it on every touch but one.  Huge catch that got us to mid field.  Not many high school kids would have hauled that one in.  we are young, we are talented and good times to come and swensen will get it all figured out good coach.

We do have a good coach! I'm not going to bad mouth any of them. I don't have any boys playing, so I don't have anything to gain or lose, except I enjoy watching them play and want them to win. They know these players better than me, and know how they practice. I do however see some of the players that seem to have a huge impact every time they see the field that are not playing as much. The boys that are playing every play are playing their hearts out. This will be a fun team to watch this year. The last 3 min. last night showed that we could open it up a little more.

Oh I'm in full agreement that we have the skill and speed this year that we have not had in the past few years and we should get out on the corner a bit more as well would be nice.  We had the warbrittons that ran on energy heart and 2nd and 3rd effort.  those boys were a blast to watch.  but we have some diff talents this year and years to come.  Swenson must have a big joker smile on his face each night when he thinks about his depth and talent coming up.

against Martin Westview Huntingdon put the ball on the Ground.  against UC  same players put the ball on the ground. --keep doing it and it is killing the team.   if that is the way it keeps going then look for a .500 season or 6-4........Camden and Milan and even Dresden come game 10.   Go to a slot offense and get the ball in the players hand with the speed.  upperclassman underclassman I dont care but the fumbles are killing the TEAM.   Pride by the coach needs to go. That offense does not work against the  better teams.  It reminds me of the movie TinCup when the golfer could win the US Open and refused to hit the ball and ended up losing by several strokes. Same thing in football.  Keep running the same plays and the D catches on.  Same double handoff same qb draw same old pass.  hardheaded.

Stangs can't keep going minus 3 turnover ratio and win games.  Would love to see what would happen if  #3 & #15 get hands on ball more, which are capable to make it through to the 2nd level of defense and things happen.  Gallant team effort, but have to protect ball.  Defense only stopped UC one time all night other than the fumble

WOW.. I ve been out of town on Business to come back and the Mustangs have only put up 13 points the last two weeks.  Plus the defense has givin up 61 points.  What happened to the offense?  And the defense?

Please dont tell me that they are still running the same plays.  Man it does not work.  13 point  Really
