Westview v. MLK

I know nothing about MLK other than they have an impressive record. Westviews record isn't impressive, but this team didn't start clicking until after Christmas break. Westview has 2 D1 level guards in SEMO commit, Kaley Leyhue, and junior standout Tiffany Rechis who is getting quite a bit of D1 interest. Westview is also a very well coached team as well. I don't think that MLK will have anything that Westview hasn't seen this year. I've got Westview by 5.

here is what MLK has 3 girls... 5"11 jordan majors is inside girl, point guard #20 briana smith who can shoot from anywhere and drive, and then #10 molly kafader who shoots 3s and make free throws as do the rest of them usually. they have another girl inside who is 6 ft. but not the main scorer.

Sounds like a balanced matchup as far as size. Westviews tallest player is maybe 5'10, but the system they run will offset any height disadvantages for them. They're a very gritty team that plays disciplined ball. Sounds like this could be a great game!

well I am one of the few that seems to get on message boards for middle tennesse basketball, unless its a CPA fan, (which I don't mind), but I do wish more people either knew about this site or would comment on middle tennessee things more often.

yea.... The Nashville area, outside of CPA and the occasional Ensworth fan are slacking when it comes to posting. There are some quality inner city Nashville teams that people don't know about unless they do make it to Murfreesboro due to the lack of posters on here.

19-19 at the half... Rechis for Westview has 15 of the 19 .... these teams are very evenly matched teams.
