Spring Hill with a good sweep.  Just goes to show that you can't by records.  They have played a tough schedule so far.  3 losses are to Summertown which will more likely be a Class A State Tournament Team again this year since they didn't lose anyone.  I think the sweep backs up my earlier statement that the district championship still goes through the Raiders!

 

Giles County sweeps Cascade!  Great start for the Bobcats.

 

Anyone have  a score for the Page vs Marshall County game?

Not to take anything away from MC, who is always tough on their home field, but heard Page was pretty sloppy defensively. I was not there so can't say if that was the difference in the game or not.

SH wins on a 1 out walk off 2 RBI single by Freshman 1B Dunston.

 

Tough way to lose a game but also an awesome way to win a game.  Great ball game!

Page gets the series sweep over Cascade 1-0 on a 2 out based loaded walk in the bottom of the 6th.

Soph LHP Christian Denton held Cascade in the top of the 7th to get the complete game shutout win.

Spring Hill vs CPA - I'd say CPA may get the sweep in this one but the lefty from SH may prove different.

 

Marshall County vs Page - Haven't seen MC.  Page has quality pitching.  Should be a good match up.

 

Cascade vs Giles County - Doesn't look like Cascade has missed a beat with the move up to Class AA.  Haven't seen GC but I'm sure this will also be some good games.

It was SH that got the sweep in this one.
