jimmy chipwood
Coach Sean Stephenson resigned from Westview High School yesterday after a very successful tenure. He is a great coach and will be missed but that begs the question, who's going to be the next coach at Westview?

BigBoy10
Do you think he will be replacing John Wild as an assistant at Lipscomb?
NickelBack
They are several options close to home for the position at Westview. Dresden's West could look to move up to AA so could travathen from greenfield or Aers from Gleason. Suiter might be the right bet though. I guess we will know fairly quickly with camps starting in 2 to 3 weeks.
KYTNGBB
Do you think he will be replacing John Wild as an assistant at Lipscomb? I've heard from two pretty good sources, including one source inside the Westview GBB program that he is headed to Ole Miss...
pioneer42
Whoever gets the job will be left with a lot of talent. I watched him coach the 7th and 8th grade a couple of weeks ago and they are loaded. IMO they will be really strong the next 4 or 5 years and will make some noise in the Boro. Yes, they will be loaded! Last year's middle school team won the TMSAA West Sectionals and this year's team finished in final four. There is a lot of talent coming up for Westview in the next few years. They will have a freshman starting at point guard for them next year that is one of the best in west tennessee. I have heard several different names in the mix for the job including a few names from local college teams! They have a current 7th grader that is 6'2" and then two 8th graders that are over 6 foot. With the right coach in there, they could be extremely good for the next several years. Returning a D1 player in Rechis and some very solid younger talent already at the high school to go along with Tasia and her crew coming up from the middle school.... You're looking at some serious runs for the AA state championship with a high quality coach in place....
