looks like the cut-off is around cleveland 1357, overton 1364, morristown west 1370, Gallatin 1381, Rhea County 1382 and ooltewah 1404. Of course these numbers will change when new enrollments are used. looks like there are all on the bubble to move up or down.

When the new enrollments come out clevelands will sky rocket. I sure hope they dont go to 6a

You are seriously missing teams.

Dumb questions about all this...I wasn't closely following high school sports in Tennessee before the current system went into effect. But is this essentially the prior system for classifying teams? If so and if they go back to old system do the new regions apply for all sports or just football?[/quot

e]

When we had a five class system before, there was a three class system in place for other sports like there is today.

If you took out D-2 schools you would have 58-9 schools in  each class.  How many vote for this?

If there are 20 privates playing in D-1 and you removed them, you would have 54-5 schools in each class.  How many vote for this?

Both of above are 5 class setup.

Never have heard from the private schools what they want to do but always hear about the public schools wanting a TOTAL SPLIT.  OK PRIVATES, SPEAK UP.........WHAT DO U WANT?
