Fairview Vs Camden

First game jitters and whoopsy daisys are out of the way and both teams pulled out narrow victories. I think it's safe to say both teams are capable of playing better than they did in week zero.

If Camden is as good as last year vs us, Fairview will have a difficult time defeating them at home. However, these Jackets are full of fight and very physical. If Camden slips up and makes excessive mistakes, Fairview can and will take it away from them.

Couldn't give a better assessment.Except your being modest. If we make excessive mistakes we could be blown out .You guys all be safe while traveling.way way way  early but looks like rain on Friday   http://www.weather.com/weather/wxdetail5/38320

Lots of young Jackets will get a true taste of 11AA hard knocks this Friday night. IMO, it will take our very best game and a couple of Camden mistakes to leave there with the W Friday night. I'm a Fairview homer through and through, but I'm also realistic. This is a major test for our young ball club.

Agree 100%.

no faith lol. I believe with our Best game vs Camdens best game we could pull out the W. Don't need them to make mistakes.

Ok, I am just going by what I have read since the threads were started way back when about our district. From my assessment from the info I have pertained Camden will probably come away with the victory. Seems like Camden has more experience. But the downside to that statement is Fairview has the best offensive player in the district. Seems like it could go either way but from my assessment I am gonna give the edge to Camden. Please don't take my comment serious cause I have never seen these two ball clubs play. I am going purely on what the folks from Fairview and Camden are saying. Good BLESSING to both teams and be safe. #BWTP

    • Starting to pick up for Sam. He has 4 or 5 offers now and more on the way. By mid season the Warriors should have 5 or 6 kids with offers.
    • Gleason all over west Carroll in scrimmage. Gleason is big and fast
    • Defending 2A state Champs Westview Lady Chargers are pretty tough. They lost a bunch of production off last year's squad but returned some talent as well. They still McCall Simms, a Tennesseee Lady Vol softball commit as well as solid talent around the diamond. I dont think they are as good as last season but they will definitely be a tough out. Huntingdon Lady Mustangs seem to be pretty stout as well. Don't know much about Riverside other than Westview defeated them earlier in regions. West Tennessee softball is pretty solid all around id say.
    • Eagleville couldn’t catch up to Jones, he did have his location issues but in that game Eagleville popped up everything and the one hit they did have could have been ruled an error. Jeffcoat was a lot sharper in the beginning of the season last year than the end. ER ran out of pitching and still was in striking distance but none the less the better team one. Last seasons tournament was A LOT more balanced and talented. South Pitts starter is a Lefty who was low 80’s but couldn’t maintain his velo throughout the  outing, their #2 was more impressive last year, we knocked him around this year and his mph was down some. Their #3 isn’t bad neither, throws a lot of strikes and sits high 70’s.
