Has to have been one of the best highschool games i have ever watched. Giles stepped up when they needed to. Tough loss for Marshall county. Both teams played hard til the final whistle. You have to question the coaces decision not to kick the field gol with no timeouts and an inexperienced quarterback. Its hard to say who would have had the advantage in overtime. To Chris Walker...hold your head high. You played your heart out and left it all on the field. I know you wish the outcome was different. You tought the younger quys what it means to give 100% until the end. That is something you have to teach by example. To the bobcats...great game. You guys were playing for something other than revenge. You came out determined to do this for your fallen teammates. Hard to beat a team that plays with a purpose and a will to win. Your record doesnt reflect how good of a team you are. Good luck the rest of the way. I'm a fan of both programs being from MC and living in minor hill.

Thanks Tiger 4. #10 has heart. He's also where I get my read on the team attitude. He's never wavered from telling me they were ready & positive. That's the kind of young man he is. Don't know if you know this but him and some others visited the grave sites of their fallen teammates yesterday. Already in their youth they understand commitment, teamwork, & character. Tons of it......

I just want to say thanks, to the coaches for a strong gameplan, the players for stepping up when only a few of the faithful knew you could and to the Bobcat Nation for showing up in force and overflowing the stands again.
