That 3A Region 7 is tough! I could see some good teams not making the playoffs.

Two five team regions with a team in each region that is disqualified from the playoffs the next two years.

What's the chances of YAI being able to petition to stay west. I know there was some talk of that last night in the stands?

Only way I see that happening is if Pigeon Forge & Northview Acam. ask to move to region 2 and I don't see them asking to move because of Alcoa & CAK

I think we have a decent chance because current district were in is a 6 team district we make 7th team in eastern district and if they move is to upper cumberland we make 7th there and no one crosses time zones and we are closer in size also with most UC teams. We will see I guess I think it's gonna be attempted

You have a good point but the board will also understand Alcoa struggles finding games and they could make you stay because of that

I'm sure they will gotta mess with the little man to make it easier for the big man. Just life in general. We will play where they send us I guess but it makes more sense to keep us in UC.

You can still petition to swap regions not classes. This will be Thursday before the vote.

Thankful that they used some common sense

The Williamson co. AD has said that the trip to Henry Co was 4-500 miles round trip and that is why he suggested a change to place all of there schools with high schools closer.  Seems reasonible to me, if what he says is true.  But I don't think the T$$AA really gives a hoot about that.
