Pretty interesting list. TN looks to really have a lot of in state talent.

Andre does a good job and is a jewel for Tennessee Basketball players and college hopefuls. He is like a big brother / coach that everyone likes. He tells it like it is and kids should listen to him. I like him anyway, he has given my son encouraging but honest advice.

If you can overlook where Andre is from (hint: the picket fence play) you two will realize why he has such an eye for talent. Not only is he on top of his basketball knowledge, more importantly is a good man

Are rankings based on AAU play? How much do college coaches consider high school play and a teams competition when recruiting.

 

Noticed Carter has several seniors ranked. Two in top 25. Looks like on paper they could be the best team in the Knoxville area. Unfortunately after looking at their schedule they won't be able to proof it on the floor. They will run up big numbers against weak competition. Sure they have AE and Fulton but both are down and inexperienced. If they are going to be an area powerhouse need to play bearden Maryville oak ridge etc.

They picked up Alcoa late and Webb as well....should be good tests...AE is young with quick guards and Fulton will always be in the hunt based on tradition, BUT tradition goes just so far!!!!!!!!!!

Andre typically factors in all areas of play when compiling his rankings. High School play, AAU, and his fall leagues that he operates. My son is ranked in this years top 25 and I am going by what Andre said he used to rank him. He also factors in College Coach reviews and opinions as well.
