That is correct. We have local teams that have 10 times the athletes SP has and they can't win. Athletes help for sure, but it takes a coach that works at it and puts those guys in positions to be successful as well.

Exactly what I was saying about Coach Moore and why he needed to go, be cause he wasn't even remotely doing that..

You kinfolkes better realize..."The Captain Is Back" lots of talent walking the halls, throw in a potential stud or two that seldom played due to not caring,lazy or what ever plus a player here and there that wants to play for the Captain makes for a potentially dangerous recipe for challengers! Plus with coach Danny heading up the jr high adds another element that will pay off in the near future. He'll certainly get SP kids back in the fold. It's hilarious you made mention of help after you fellers boasted about getting help from SP youngons this year!

I will answer for him. There were things I wasn't sure about with Coach Moore, but I wasn't going to publically bash him on a forum. Once a pirate always a pirate and I'm going to always support whoever is in charge.

I garuntee you most of you Marion people are still just starting to peak your head out after all the fieldhouse face lift. Ole TTP is about the only one that didnt climb under a durn rock. Durn purple grad has went through about three names since then. That Hale mans dad was a real good player at Griders school and he didnt want too play for that Beck man. no excuses next year Sugar Britches.  BTW you have more names on your own than whole town of Jasper.  Coach T was worried when you faked like you was mad and said you were gonna not type on here no more (it was really cause you thought you might be moving and have to root for another team).  Coach T thought he was gonna lose about 35 typers and that there was gonna be nobody from Victoroy's town on here anymore.  And  I don't think your joking, I just think you're stupid.

Raquis Hale went to South Pittsburg until 5th grade. He then went to Jasper for middle school before coming back to SP in 8th grade. He played little league football at SP all the way through. Mom was from Jasper and dad from SP. Now we can get Back on topic.....

Raquis was not in Pittsburg in 8th grade he was at JMS.  Besides we all know that Troll was on the mark with his little joke, only the circle was what is considered in district.  The transfer radius is much larger.

You are correct. He was at Jasper in 8th grade for about two months then he came back to SP earlier in 8th grade. Let's add up his school years in each city and see which one was a longer stay. The winner gets to claim him. Marion County has had many kids from SP that went to Marion County and vice versa so what you're saying just isn't accurate. Edited December 20, 2014 by TheAmbassador
