Well I have no complaints about the times I've been to SC. I got there very early so I didn't stand in line long. I'm worried though when OR plays them. I'll be coming straight from practice at 825 so I'm thinking I might have to have my favorite Smoky Bear purchase me two tickets cause I'm sure the crowd will be big. The last time Maryville played up there some of my friends missed the first quarter standing in the ticket line.

Barney,

It's a been a few years since WB's been up there but I can tell you the issues I noticed. All the years WB played them up there they never had the scoreboard working right and you couldn't hear their P.A guy from the visitors side. Seriously I could never hear him and I can't tell you if that's a good or bad thing.

You can hear him loud and clear now. We upgraded the sound system last year. When I hear him I think he should be doing voice over on film from the 40s, in black and white with the lines from from the reel turning

I guess commercials pay better than replays lol. Come on up and give us the "barney test". We appreciate constructive criticism. I wanted to keep the 2014 thread going. If we leave up the same thread for 3 or 4 years we might hit as many pages as WB

Well I haven't been to the new field since they dug up the Indian Mound in the center of the field and moved it somewhere else but that would have to be a major plus. At the time Sevier County had the only football field in the state that I know of that you could be on one sideline and not even see the players on the other side of the field if they were on the ground. The other thing I thought was a major problem was the traffic getting into the place and getting out at the end of the game. Other than that great fans, nice stadium and good food and we'll sure miss playing you guys this year. I also would like to add that after the game this past year when I got to the car I listened to Sevier County radio announcer and he made it quick to mentioned that during all these years The Bears have had major interruptions in their football program when P.F. was built and took away a lot of good players and when this new school on 66 has taken some more players. He mentioned Maryville has went through a major growth period and has never built new schools to assorb all the new students and chose to add onto what they have and he was kind of insinuated had Sevier County done the same we would have been looking at a different ballgame. Guess he was trying to make the fans there feel better about the situation but I did hear that and thought it was interesting.
