Who is everyone's prediction in Class AA?

No offense taken - you bring up a legitimate question. I would agree we have not played a lot of athletic teams but I doubt Haywood or Craigmont are more athletic than Hoover, AL. We probably played our best game of the season against Hoover and beat them by 26. But first things first - we have to win tomorrow first.

Amen

Right... I think both Haywood and Craigmont have a chance to be in Murfreesboro. They may not be. I just know those 2 teams will be the most athletic teams there. A 26 point win over Hoover is nothing short of impressive. In no way am I trying to knock you guys. Like I said, you guys are the favorite to win it by a long shot. I would like to see someone test you guys though and I think the only teams that have a chance at doing that would be a team that is quicker with some size and athletes like Craigmont or Haywood. If you meet up with either, you may win by 40... who knows. I was just trying to start conversation, not an argument...

Pioneer I've always enjoyed your posts and you just tell it the way you see it and sometimes we get a little excited because we are so proud of these girls and they have worked so hard to get were they are and they play as a team and are a great bunch of girls.

I look forward to watching you guys play throughout the week. I will be up there all week.

I see that one team that Elizabethton beat 69-26 is playing for the SC state championship this weekend. Bishop England.

Kinda ironic because Bishop England was by far the weakest of the 3 teams we played in SC. I saw where Hoover lost in the AL 7A regional finals and North Forsyth lost in the GA 6A elite 8.

    • Might I inquire whether Gallatin has ever wielded significance worthy of consideration? I am inclined to redirect your focus towards matters more pressing, such as the welfare of your own football team, rather than ours. It is not without reason that you refrain from arranging future encounters with us.
    • I think Alcoa and Westview are favorites in top bracket and Huntingdon and Meigs in bottom bracket.  Westview and Huntingdon both have great pitching.  I think Huntingdon has more offense than Westview.
    • Starting to pick up for Sam. He has 4 or 5 offers now and more on the way. By mid season the Warriors should have 5 or 6 kids with offers.
    • Gleason all over west Carroll in scrimmage. Gleason is big and fast
    • Defending 2A state Champs Westview Lady Chargers are pretty tough. They lost a bunch of production off last year's squad but returned some talent as well. They still McCall Simms, a Tennesseee Lady Vol softball commit as well as solid talent around the diamond. I dont think they are as good as last season but they will definitely be a tough out. Huntingdon Lady Mustangs seem to be pretty stout as well. Don't know much about Riverside other than Westview defeated them earlier in regions. West Tennessee softball is pretty solid all around id say.
