FBHIGHWAY
Scrimmage went well with Harpeth last night. Harpeth is much improved from last year. Tigers got off to a slow start allowing Harpeth to March straight down the field & score but the the Tigers fought back scoring 5 touchdowns & holding Harpeth to 2. Lots of work to still be done here in Tiger Town!
secondtoone
Definitely slow at first all the way across the board. Coach Mc got them calmed down and they couldnt be stopped! offense and defense rolled for this early in the year! The great thing about that performance is that not all the starters were on the field. Cant wait to see what they look like when it all comes together. buckeyeball
They scrimmage tonight? It'll be interesting to see if Waverly can keep it rolling from last year

SPFootball1
This should be interesting, Im curious to see if Stewart Co. can can keep up with Waverlys fast paced offense and if Waverly will be able to step it up and not allow so many yards on the ground. From what i see Wavo is having a tuff time stopping the run.
bluedevilpride2012
Waverly scored 6 times and Stewart scored 4 times. Both teams got better tonight.
secondtoone
The report i heard was waverly scored 8 and stewart scored 2 with one of their td's being scored on our 2nd string def. sounds like they may pick up where they left off last year. That's incorrect. Stewart had a TD pass, the QB had two TD runs, and the RB had a long TD run. The ones played on both sides all the way until the very end. Your source miscounted on both sides by "2" scores.

I thought it was a good scrimmage for both teams. Both teams have a lot to work on, but then again thats what a spring scrimmage is all about. Best of luck to both teams this fall.
