THE SQUAD
well i may have to back up and punt. cookeville may challenge wc. i heard they went and recruited one from alcoa. 6'5 Bray recruit? Haha nah one or both of his parents are from Cookeville and they moved "back home". I believe he is related to the other Gist's on the football team. This is what I've been told anyway. Either way we'll take it!

THE SQUAD
A lot of recruiting goes on. Of course it does. I just don't think Bray or Maynord had anything to do with him moving in. Do we know that he was actively looking for somewhere to transfer to when he chose Cookeville? No. He was going to be a stud for the Alcoa basketball team and a decent contributor on a likely State Championship football team, so why leave? Like I said, his family is from here and kids move all the time. Only because he is good are the recruiting rumors thrown out there. If he was a bench warmer for Alcoa not one word would be said about it. Edited August 18, 2015 by THE SQUAD

85warrior
He could have came to White County and take Hendersons place. With all of our guards back we could make state again. (If he's the real deal).
