After watching our scrimmage last night at Heritage, a team that beat Sevier County handily in a scrimmage the week before, I feel much better. We looked like a totally different team. Middleton made a catch that would make NFL highlight reels. Higgins looked like a man among boys. Our running backs continue to run hard and both QBs looked good, Our defense is solid although a young DB cost us but gained some valuable experience in the process. Our kicker is incredible. I feel better than I thought I would feel. We are going to be pretty good.

U have issues.Coaches knew the Oline wouldnt be good.They changed to a offense that they thought would work best for what they have.We have played 1 game.Changes will be made if nothing improves.Coach

M4L long time no see or hear buddy. I still like the way you think. Best wishes to you and the Mavericks this year. You've always been a classy guy.

SS I have been working a lot and doing the family thing, but thought it was about that time of the year again lol...I think this should be a great year for Oak Ridge, anything short of a semi-final appearance I think wod be disappointing and I think you have a shot for it all this season. As for my Mave I think with all they lost and the depth issues from last season they are going to struggle this season, I look for them to be right around a .500 team this year, but hey, you never know.

Yeah buddy. It's that time again. Hard to believe. It came fast seems like. Yeah, but I hear yalls QB this year is tougher than pine knot. He must be if he plays LB, too. Don't hear that happening very often. A LB/QB lol

Did Oak Ridge and Clinton have a jamboree tonight I don't know if you guys have one or not if so how'd both your teams look we scrimmaged Oak Ridge last night and we play Clinton later this season so I'm interested to see how you guys looked.

I don't know about the Dragons, but no we didn't play tonight. We haven't played in a jamboree in I don't know how long. They have a fantastic QB in Thackerson. I know that much.

      If he’s the best option that isn’t good. I heard he couldn’t even get the qb to play baseball this year.  kids aren’t coming out for him either he’s in the same boat. But it’s trousdale county and it’s just baseball. You can win one game a year same goes for basketball no one will even kno or talk about it. Just like up here on the hill basketball is the more serious thing in my books if you start losing there’s usually some change..

      I live in Macon and watched both but I’ll take up for satterfield on this one look at the dudes he has these 2 years compared to the others don’t forget we barely even scored on them there for awhile when he started coaching there just look at 2018 on   If you give him athletes to play with he’s a dangerous d c.

      I don’t know how Huntingdon did vs Creekwood varsity today but I did hear the Huntingdon middle school girls beat Creekwood and Westview JV teams by 30 both games today.
