So, the season opener for these two teams is a rivalry in the area.  Which team comes out on top?

Could be a tight one. Jackson has been dominate over Clay, winning the last 6 games in a row.

I like Clay County in this one though. Clay has had the same head coach for two consecutive seasons. This is the first time since '10-'11, so they've got some stability that's been missing from their program. This is the 62nd meeting between the Bulldogs and the Blue Devils so there's definitely a strong tradition between the two. I'm sure both teams have players that are the third generation in their families to play in this matchup. Good luck to both teams.
