Hey...it's the Bulldog. Been out with the big C. Following Coacht but haven't had strength to post. Thanks for asking about me on a Page previous thread. Good luck this year. How a bout a four yr contract to play here.

Great to hear from you Bulldog! I'm sorry to hear the reason for your absence from the boards! I am so glad that you are feeling strong enough to post! I've wondered about you the last two seasons and hoped everything was alright. You are in my prayers. Good luck to your boys from Page!

I really thought we would compete better than this.congrats to cak.not sure what were going to have to do to compete with cak and alcoa.I figured with almost every starter back.and some talented players we could close the gap some. Starting to doubt myself.

I think Kingston has a better team than the score indicated while the first team was in. I think that while Kingston has a good team this year, this is a very strong year for CAK. Results might have been different a year or two ago, had Kingston had this same team then. Enjoyed the trip and the people there were very nice, as always. Best of luck to Kingston the rest of the way in continuing to rebuild a proud tradition.

I think you had too much motion happening, your best play was to spread the field and let the QB run a draw! He was one tough kid, not shure why your coach wasn't seeing that! Also not sure why you don't "press" the corners on D. I want to see someone run a 1/5/5 against Cak someday! It's a "junk" D you can run a lot of twists and blitzes out of and have enough DB's to cover receivers! Great win by Cak

    • While I appreciate being credited with multiple accounts, I have to say that is not true. Will you please report back to your people that I am not someone who provides sharp, witty banter, but rather someone who is putting the shoe on the other foot for some people that have been repeatedly bashing others here and in real life for the past few years? Everything that I have stated has been backed by factual evidence or public record, so no need to be sharp and witty.
    • Yes this process is moving slower than I would have expected
    • also was told coady auston applied, he served as defensive coordinator for greenfield under don pitt several years ago before going to Obion county
    • TSSAA restrictions for hiring non-faculty coaches have been removed for over a year at this point. In the past a non-faculty person had to be "grandfathered" by being an assistant coach for five years, being fingerprinted, and having a background check run per TSSAA rules... since those were rescinded, the board of directors for the school district are responsible for any/all restrictions on hiring non-faculty personnel. I guess what I'm saying to you is that if you really wanted what you posted, it's already possible as long as your local BOE will allow for it.
    • stop it, rlh. you’re gonna get me all misty eyed and sentimental.    i see seven fairly regularly. ….but slim shady, that’s like spotting bigfoot on main street. you just hope he doesn’t spot you.
